My Camp Chef stove kept giving me trouble as if the regulator would get stuck in the “low flow mode” (This regulator has this feature). No matter how careful I was to turn everything on correctly. Once stuck it would never clear and become usable.
I finally sent in a written note to the company even though my stove was several years old. Only used occasionally, stored in its box, inside. I am happy to report Camp Chef stood behind their product. They shipped me a new regulator/hose assembly. I just hooked it up and have good flames once again! Thank You Camp Chef!! I like to pass on Kudos about companies that still do this. It is becoming rare.
