The Photo can pretty much speak for itself. A “Gridwall” hanger was used as found at a retail source, with a slight modification.
A rubber stop the thickness of the gutter was added as a modification. The rubber stop was found at a local specialty hardware. It was called a “Rubber equipment foot”. It had a molded in bolt.
The gridwall hanger was drilled with the appropriate sized hole to accept the bolt of the rubber foot. A nylon lock nut was spun on to attach the rubber foot to the gridwall hanger.
The Lantern hanger can be hooked on in a second or two. Easily removed and stored for traveling. The various hooks will accept various sized lantern.
